Basic editing vs Fine editing

Basic editing refers to adjustments made to the exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, and color grading of the photos.

Fine retouching involves advanced editing techniques to enhance and refine an image, including skin smoothing, hair and makeup corrections, background cleanup, color adjustments, and other detailed refinements.

  1.  INQUIRY: You reach out to me here on my contact page or send me a direct message on Instagram. Tell me about your ideal photo session.
     

  2. CONSULTATION DECISION TIME
     

  3. Once all the photo session details, including the chosen photo collection or session, price, and payment method, have been decided, I will send you a confirmation message. If everything looks good to you, you can proceed to make the payment by electronically submitting a 50% non-refundable deposit via debit or credit card or bank transfer.
     

  4. Show up on the photo day.
     

  5. The remaining balance for your session is due at the end of the shoot.
     

  6. Once the remaining payment is received by the photographer, the processing of the photos will begin. The basic edited photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
     

  7. You have the option to select the photos you would like to be included in the final editing process.
     

  8. The delivery of the final edited photos will be scheduled based on the photographer's availability, with an estimated delivery time of within one month.

Reschedule / Cancellation

  1. Complimentary Reschedule: Reschedule must be completed within 60 days of your original session date. To qualify for the complimentary reschedule, please provide us with at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled session date. Please notify at least 24 hours in advance if there are any weather-related concerns that may affect the photo shoot.
     

  2. Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule your session and provide less than 7 days' notice, a rescheduling fee will be charged. The rescheduling fee is 25% of your chosen package cost and must be paid before the rescheduled session can be confirmed.
     

  3. Subsequent Reschedules: After using your one complimentary reschedule, any additional rescheduling requests will require a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is 50% of your chosen package cost and must be paid before the rescheduled session can be confirmed.

    Cancellation : Deposit will NOT be refunded.

RAW images

We do not release RAW images to maintain quality control, ensure professional editing, maintain creative control, and protect copyright and ownership. We exclusively provide high-resolution JPG images as the final deliverables, without sharing any proofs or intermediate images.

Deposit

  1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the chosen package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The reservation of the date and time for your photography session will only be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
     

  2. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit paid is considered non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
     

  3. The balance on your session is due at the end of your shoot.

Liability

The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session. The client is responsible for their own safety and the safety of any other individuals present during the session.
